Hello adorable Christmas book! This is going to be great for readers who aren’t into steamy romance novels but are into funny banter, fake dating, workplace romance, enemies to lovers, small town romance!
I was basically obsessed with Miles. He was funny, and straight forward in his communication (LOVE!!!). My issue while reading it was with the heroine, Olive. Because this was enemies to lovers… she ended up coming across super childish. I know, this is coming from the woman who’s obsessed with The Hating Game and Lucinda is very childish in that book. All I can say is that this probably had to do with my mood while reading this one. But Olive couldn’t let go of thinking of Miles as an adversary and that got super old for me.
Overall I would easily recommend this book when you’re looking for a holiday romance! Again, low steam (this is a make-out only romance!)
This is my first book by this author and I’ll definitely pick up her others and try them out! Ps. I read this for free on kindle unlimited!
