Wow. Okay. This book was way too long. Let’s just start with that. It wasn’t like Marianna Zappata levels but it was too long. Because it was so long- it made the epiphany portion of the third act breakup last forever. But having said that- I did also really enjoy this book!

I think if you liked the vibes of this one then you should totally read In A Jam by Kate Canterbury. (which one day I will review. maybe)

Knox is a growler, grunter. He’s a bossy alpha for sure. I was in the mood for an alpha so that worked for me. The heroine (I already forgot her name…shocking no one), was definitely a pushover but she knew that about herself so that was good.

Overall I really liked this and I cannot wait for Lucian’s book. (Am I the only one in life who’s never met someone named Lucian irl? Bc I swear authors love that name).

*ok fine. I can’t fully remember the steam level bc i’ve read/started like 6 books since I finished this one. you’re just going to have to hope i’m close with my rating.
