I had high hopes going into this book! It definitely seemed to be up my alley! As I read it though, I couldn't escape the feeling that I was rereading The Hating Game + To Sir With Love. Once I made those connections I just couldn't bond with the book anymore. So unfortunately this one wasn't for me.

I ended up deciding not to finish this one.
