Look for those tea necessities
Okay I have been officially converted to tea. No, I'm not swapping it out for coffee. (I'm not a crazy person, I still love my coffee). But there is just something about this tea life! So far I'm a cup in the afternoon and a cup after the kids go down, kind of girl.
I believe that loose leaf matters. That sounded way more dramatic then I meant it to…
But I'll be updating this list regularly with all of my tea necessities! And as usual- these will be in no particular order.
I really wanted the one that Kendall Jenner has but it was pricey. I am glad that I got one that has different temperature settings though. I use mine every day and am so happy I got it!
Okay I swear I’m not stalking the Kardashians. But in the same Architectural Digest video that I saw the kettle in, I also saw Kendall Jenner’s glass cups. I got my own and I’m obsessed. Which is saying a lot because I love mugs.
Paris black tea from Harney and Sons
this is loose leaf and delicious!
Cardamom Cinnamon tea from The Republic of Tea
this tea is bagged tea- so if you’re not ready to make the plunge into loose leaf, this one is for you.
I tried a lot of these before I figured out what I liked and also what tasted the best. (A real tea person would be reminding you right now that you don’t want to crowd your tea… so those cute tiny tea infusers, actually aren’t great for loose leaf tea)
“They” say it’s a different measurement than a normal teaspoon. I haven’t actually verified that, but I like to keep my teaspoons for baking…
Like everything else in life, you don’t need these. But I love mine, so…
I dip these into my honey and then hold it over my cup and pour the hot water in while spinning the spoon. It gets all of the honey off and your spoon stays clean to use again!
Organic Candy Cane tea from Simpson & Vail
Homemade Apple Cider tea from Savoy
Mandarin Chamomile tea from a local tea company called The Tea Market
Tea cookies aka Speculoos from Trader Joe’s.
